The story of the game is set in Kazegaura, a suburb in Japan, just outside of Tokyo. The main characters in this story are students at the “Keifu Academy”, a technical school, also known as a “specialized vocational high school”. The protagonist of the game, Aoi Minase, is a young boy who lost his dream in a bicycle racing accident and subsequently returns to his hometown. There, he meets Kotori Habane, a young girl stuck with a wheelchair with a flat tire, on a hill with windmills. They then spot large, white wings traversing the sky over the hills- a glider. Both had yet to realize that everything would begin from this. Working together with Aoi’s childhood friend Ageha Himegi, they begin rebuilding the Soaring Club, which was just about to be disbanded. In order to realise the dream everyone has as a child- “I want to soar up to the great sky and fly”, these beginners take hold of their passion, overcoming failures and obstacles from the school to put their all into building a glider. They strive to fly through the “morning glory”, a special weather phenomenon that enables a special type of roll-shaped cloud that appears in the morning when the conditions are just right.

The female main character, who is often referred to as MC, heroine, or simply protagonist, downloaded a mysterious app that leads her into living in a closed, secured apartment owned by someone named Rika, who is also the founder of a charity organization known as the RFA (Rika's Fundraising Association). There, she meets 6 new people (the remaining members of the RFA) and is tasked to organize the third party that the RFA members have been longing for, by inviting guests. At work, everyone has gathered around congratulating you on your marriage. You on the other hand are just shocked, disbelief, apathetic and have a pounding headache from drinking so much last night. Satisfied, you're about to stand up and get back to the party when you feel dizzy. As it turns out, the drink you downed was very strong alcohol making you feel very drunk. That's when you start contemplating on the things you've been told throughout the day and it makes you feel pressured because you're very content with the life you have now. However, you think that there's possibly a way out by drafting up a contract on marital conditions so that it'll appease your parents, society, and still be able to keep your interest. But, you stop. Thinking that it would probably be futile until a man decides to take that offer and sign the contract. He reasons with you as both of you share the same reasons for needing a contract marriage. In your drunken state you somewhat agree with it and sign the contract. Back to present day, your coworkers crowd around you and congratulate. As they are bugging you about the truth behind this, the man you signed the contract with comes over, puts a hand on your waist and proclaim that you're his wife and that you're both moving in together. This man you married is...?
